BREAKING: Malian mother Halima Cissé gives birth to 9 babies in Morocco, setting a new world record.  In an astonishing medical feat, 25-year-old Halima Cissé delivered nonuplets five girls and four boys at a clinic in Casablanca, Morocco. Originally expecting seven babies, doctors were stunned when two more were found during the cesarean section.
